Words cannot express the gratitude I have towards Tell Me and Ms. Jaime. When the pandemic hit, we were on the West Coast and my Wyatt was in kindergarten. By the time he was to enter 2 nd grade, they still were not doing full time school. I moved back here to my hometown to get him into full time school with private tutoring and speech. Jaime was eager to take Wyatt on to determine how much he lost over the past two years. Wyatt loved going to see Ms. Jaime every week and any additional clinics she hosted. He loved the experience and exercises she provided him and practiced them consistently. Jaime kept me in the loop on all testing and skills with recommendations of tools to assist Wyatt at home. Just shy of two years, Jaime was thrilled with the progression of his testing and skills to the point Wyatt was able to graduate out. While we are thrilled where he stands today, Wyatt is still bummed not to be able to participate with her lessons each week. Jaime has helped boost Wyatt’s confidence, his ability to come out of his shell and participate with his classmates more. I am thankful places like Tell Me are available in a small town with excellent and skilled people.

Our son has loved his time so far at Tell Me. Not only is he getting the social interaction he needs, he has learned so much in his time there. In a four/five month period, intellectually advanced nine months. Not only has Ms. Jaime worked with our son, but she has given us tips and tricks of what we can do at home to help him continue to learning and growing with his speech. Our son gets so excited when we tell him he’s going to see Ms. Jaime. Jaime is so sweet with our son and attentive during his sessions. We are so happy we decided to go to Tell Me. I firmly believe our son wouldn’t have advanced how he has if it weren’t for Jaime.

My sister suffered a brain bleed from an aneurysm that resulted in emergency surgery, multiple strokes and almost 3 months in a hospital and in-patient rehab center. Upon her discharge to her home in October, she had a feeding tube for medication and liquid nutrition. She was unable to swallow, could not feed herself, unable to speak in an understandable manner, could not comprehend days, dates, numbers, colors, or basic instructions. Jaime and Tell Me worked with my sister in swallowing, recognition of colors, numbers, reading, and writing. My sister made amazing progress in all aspects of her daily living needs, including the ability to eat independently her Thanksgiving meal. Without hesitation I can recommend Tell Me and Jaime Hammond. Thanks to her and my sister’s hard work, my sister had an improved quality of life.

We loved coming to Tell Me for speech services. Jaime was very personable and tailored everything to Cooper’s needs and interests. I loved that Jaime would celebrate Cooper’s accomplishments no matter how small. His wins were her wins! He still asks to stop and see Mrs. Jaime when we are in town.

Jaime words extremely hard to find different techniques to get the absolute best results for every kiddo that she sees. She attends workshops and is very knowledgeable on kids diagnosed with autism. Both of my boys have seen her for many years and she has bent over backwards to get the most out of them. We were in the school system for several years before I had heard of Jaime. Everyone told me she is worth the drive because she is one of the best in the area. She actually was the one who noticed that my 12-year old son had a tongue tie. He had a huge problem with articulating and improvements were immediate after it was fixed. Jaime puts her heart into helping kids find their voice.

When my daughter first started showing signs of having speech dysfluency, I was lost and unsure of what to do. I brought it to her pediatrician’s attention and he assured me it was developmental and would clear up on its own. Fast forward a year and it was time to find a speech therapist because, like my gut told me, it did not fix itself. I felt alone in this journey, but after doing a lot of research, I happened upon Tell Me. I sent Jaime, the owner, a message and she replied back the same day. She assured me that we were in good hands and she set up a meeting to do an evaluation on my sweet girl. She was so patient with my shy little girl and so kind. She was able to get over the walls my daughter put up and create a bond that has lasted throughout the years. No matter what is going on, if my daughter needs an appointment, she gets her in as quickly as she can and always makes her feel like she’s the most important little girl in the world each and every time. Tell Me has been her saving grace and I will forever be thankful for the place that gave my girl her confidence back and the ability to feel like she’s no different than any other kid.

When Josiah first met Jaime a year ago, he only said “Mama” and whined. Since he has been seeing her, he now says so many words he’s learned in speech therapy than I can count. He sings his alphabet, counts to 40, and knows many colors. He has truly blossomed and learned so much from his time with Jaime. It is amazing how much he has picked up. I am so thankful that I started sending him to Jaime. She has honestly helped him so much I am beyond grateful. I highly recommend going to her. She is amazing at what she does.

When it comes to Jaime at Tell Me… where do I even begin? She is THE MOST understanding woman in the world and her ability to remain calm is completely unmatched! My son has autism so his mood, attitude, triggers, and sensory issues change DAILY. The way she can balance the needs of every child needs back-to-back without fail is phenomenal. When my child goes to her room, she makes it feel like home. He comes into an environment where he is celebrated for things big and small and he isn’t just another number of a piece of paper in a filing cabinet. She remembers the tiny details of each child as she would remember her own children’s little moments in life. The kindness, compassion, empathy, understanding, respect, and admiration that she shows my sone every single visit is astounding! We have worked on so much more than just his speech. Jaime addresses coping skills, feeding habits with solutions for his behavior to make sure all of his sensory needs are met. I am in absolute awe of this woman and her ability to connect with these children and not only help them grow, learn, and speak, but gain someone who is always on their side to cheer them on for their wins regardless of how big or small the accomplishment is.

I can’t express how grateful I am to have found such an incredible speech therapist for my son. She is truly amazing! From the very first session, her dedication, patience, and expertise shone through. My son has made remarkable progress under her guidance, and his communication skills have improved significantly. Her approach is not only effective, but also fun, making each session an enjoyable learning experience for my child. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. We are fortunate to have her as our speech therapist, and she has made a lasting impact on our lives.

When I very first realized my son would have to do speech, I was very worried and filled with anxiety as I felt like regular speech classes would be overwhelming. From the first day I met Jaime and started bringing my son to Tell Me, I’ve only had good things to say.. I really enjoy the way she goes about teaching and working on speech with the kids. Playing is something kids do all of the time, so it only makes sense to have them work on the speech when doing so. I really enjoy being able to sit with my son and Jaime and watch to see what exactly he is interested in and the things he is trying to say. I can go home and implement the exact same things at home. When my son first started going to Tell Me, he was not even speaking or showing much interest in doing so, but in the past year of taking him to Tell Me, he’s almost where he should be. I’m absolutely so proud of my son and how far he has come. I truly thank Jaime for working with him and giving me the advice of things to work with at home. I recommend Tell Me to my friends with children because how much I admire the work Jaime does.

We love our experience at Tell Me! My two children have been going here for speech every week for quite awhile and they both love it. My son, who has a speech delay, has really blossomed lately speech wise. My daughter with special needs how has a hard time with other children has been making great strides with friendship making and sharing at Tell Me. I could not be any happier with the services and care our family has received from Jaime! She goes above and beyond what I had expected speech therapy could be, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to take my children.

Ms. Jaime has done a wonderful job with our Benson. She included skills in communication, listening, adaptability, empathy, and patience. Another characteristic of effective teaching she included was working with groups of children which is valued in real-world learning. She has the ability to understand and help Benson to adjust to ways of learning his words. And how it has helped. You have to have a special touch with helping Benson talk and sound out words. And Ms. Jaime has done that completely.

Miss Jaime has and still is doing an awesome job with my daughter. My daughter has come so far for the better since having sessions with Miss Jaime and my daughter just loves her Miss Jaime to pieces. We feel very blessed to have Miss Jaime in our lives as my daughter’s speech therapist and friend.

Jaime Hammond was the answer to what my young daughter really needed in a speech therapist. The severity of her apraxia was evident and Jaime's approaches exceeded expectations and got results. It is worth the weekly eighty minute drive for my daughter's speech therapy. I think we've been making the drive for six years now. The other plus, is how Jaime celebrates each of her patients, whether it's a birthday, reaching a milestone, or just your ordinary kind of day because she is that good of a therapist, but an even better human being!

Ava started working with Jaime in the Spring. She needed a boost and some help on reading comprehension and some language barriers that she was struggling with. Jaime was amazing with Ava and Ava looked forward to all of her visits with Jaime. At the end of June, Ava had a standardized test to take at school and she passed it with flying colors due to all the help that Jaime provided her. She continued to see Jaime for some time after and by August, she tested at or above her grade level. This is due to all the amazing work that Jaime provided to our girl. We appreciate everything that Jaime accomplished with Ava and highly recommend her!
